Updating Your Personal Information
Scratch and Save Limited provides you with ways in which you can alter your personal data, including changing your email address, password, etc. Scratch and Save Limited can also store the other email address that you select for sending confirmations to. The purpose of this is that we use your email address to identify which merchant your transaction comes from and to allow you to create an account that you can login to.

Scratch Code

Scratch Code will be shown on your manual invoices from various Merchants or will also be emailed to you if you chose to pay your transactions by other means apart from Credit Card when paying online. You will use this Code to pay and scratch your discount this can only be done once your payment is cleared. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details about Scratch Code.

Control of Your Password
You are responsible for all actions taken with your account, email address and password, including discount scratching. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Scratch and Save password to any third party. If you choose to share your user name, email address and password or your information with third parties to provide you additional services, you will become responsible for all action in connection with this information and therefore you should review that third party's privacy policy.


Credit Card Security
We work diligently to protect the security of your personal information, including credit card information.

We protect your credit card information during transmission by using authenticated SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) powered by VeriSign, which encrypts information you input. We are using 128-bit high-level SSL encryption that is 300 septillion times stronger than 40-bit encryption.
